ZIMMERS HOLE: 'All Fired Up And Going Strong'

ZIMMERS HOLE, the Vancouver-based project featuring guitarist Jed Simon and bassist Byron Stroud of STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, has begun writing material for a new CD, tentatively due in 2007. Jed recently issued the following update:

"Things are good at Camp ZH... we're all fired up and going strong. I sense a monstrous new album in the works...after being away from it for so long, and so busy with SYL, it's very inspiring writing right now. And going through the 'riff vault' has turned up some classic, if not, hilarious stuff!

"Anyway...just letting everyone know that the HOLE is in good form and gearing up for what looks like a good 07..."

ZIMMERS HOLE recently posted a teaser video for their upcoming DVD at this location. The footage was shot with five cameras on May 28, 2005 at the The Brickyard in Vancouver, B.C. A March 2007 release is expected.

ZIMMERS HOLE released its sophomore album, "Legion of Flames", in 2001.
